Of course, I can't speak for the ones that did not survive COVID. Although, the ones that I know that perished due to(?) COVID would probably had the same results if they had the flu. Just guessing, as they were all (2) in pretty bad shape to begin with. Both of them were already in the hospital for life threatening illnesses when they caught the dreaded virus.
I am glad you are on the mend. But, I do not know of anyone in my social/family circle that has not been test/diagnosed with the virus in the past couple of years. I guess I would be celebrating also if I survived an automobile accident in the Villages. Now, that is something to brag about, right?
