The Congresswoman did a gooid job in her "special orders" speech. If you listened closely, in about the middle of her spech she rails on the appointment of 20 czars for various purposes. She complains that the czars completely bypass the Congress in the execution of their governance.

I hate to say it, but the Congress has been so ineffective in the last decade or more that maybe they ought to be bypassed. No, no, I'm not supporting the idea that our Constitution should be trashed and our democratic form of government replaced with something else. But I will admit that in moments of anger or disgust over actions or inactions by our Congress, I've said that maybe a benevolent dictatorship might serve the people better than totally self-serving elected members of Congress .

So now we've actually got a benevolent dictator who maybe has figured out how to circumvent the Congress. Maybe the organization that is promoted at the end of the YouTube video suggests the real solution to the problem of an ineffective Congress and a dictator whose motives are being questioned.
