Really?? You mean all those new buildings going up in the Villages and throughout the country don't have A/C? You mean there are new "green" rules that would stop an installation next week or next month? Or perhaps you are being conned by someone with an agenda, or we are. Google does not seem to know about companies stopping production because of this worry.
There is a shortage of parts and materials that began with the pandemic. That shortage is not because of environmental protection. It has nothing at all to due with "green" unless you mean money.
