We can feel for your frustration. We are now on seven weeks without a working refrigerator. Numerous calls to Costco, Whirlpool and Fields Appliance Service for warranty work have brought lots of sympathy but no results. Finally, today, Whirlpool determined that we need a new refrigerator. When? Maybe five to seven working days but no guarantee. We continue to be using coolers in a losing effort to keep perishables cold. Bottom line- customer service is not what it used to be. The human element is missing, and the electronic age has left us high, dry and hot under the collar and elsewhere.
