Sorry, any normal customer, IMO, would get the details, ask questions, and use that info to escalate. Something smells on this one, and not just the apparent sweat from the OP. I do hope that I’m wrong but (for most TOTVrs) wouldn’t YOU do everything and anything to rectify your A/C issue? Including reaching out here with specific details??? Would YOU endure one month of no A/C in the hottest weather here? Really…. Again I hope I’m wrong, but.
