As I mentioned in a prior post, if this debacle happened to us I would be all over Trane and the repair firm.

I would be in constant comms with Trane Corp. 800 945 5884. No reason why this issue is such an issue.

Second I listen to a NewsTalk radio station from Orlando WDBO. They had a weekly program hosted and sponsored by Pro-Tech Service Co.They specialize in Trane. Very respected and solid company. I would call them and explain your issue. I’m certain that they would be a good resource to assist. 407 378 1305. Talk to Hector, a Manager there. Or Tom Nixon, owner.
