I've been here since 2014. Came from CA where we would have probably at least 50 kids or more. I always bought 150 pieces of candy so they could each have a couple or more. The first year here I bought 100 piece bag at Sam's and then I bought another 50 piece bag since I didn't know how many would show up. NONE! Here I sat all alone (hubb y wasn't here yet) with all of this candy staring me in the face. Of course, I bought only the kind I liked. 2015 rolls around and I thought 2014 was just unusual so I bought 100 piece bag. Same thing! I wised up friom 2016 on! (doesn't take me long). We've never had any trick or treaters at our door. I miss all of the neighborhood kids and their friends but we knew them & watched them grow up over the years. All is quiet here and that's okay too!
