Must say that I’m questioning this whole matter. You seem to be quite calm about this. I would be LIVID three weeks ago. Why not name the brand? Why not insist that they remove the faulty board from a new, uninstalled unit. What is it now, over a month with no A/C. For you??? Something kinda smells here. Hope I’m wrong but something simply does not line up to reality.
