We have been renting 3-4 months in high season for over 20 years.
Prices since our last stay in 2019/20 just before Covid restrictions, have more than doubled, and in the case of car rental quadrupled!
We have passed on staying this winter, and in all probabilities seen our last winter in Florida.
Shame, but not paying that sort of outlay, and that's before you stick air fair, food, golf, entertainment etc. on the bill.
