No such place here. There is, however, an astronomy park near the Homestead recreation center. It has several concrete pads for those folks who want to bring their own telescopes. One good thing is that it is relatively isolated from bright lights of shopping centers; none within a couple of miles. OTH, it is surrounded by trees which limit observing the lower part of the sky. Additionally, it is not on high ground; relatively the same level as the rest of The Villages.
For observing launches from Kennedy, you'll be just as well off on your own property. While we can rarely see the actual vehicles from this distance, the contrails from the rockets are usually visible a few seconds after launch. Follow this site for launch times:
