I was a little different. I had it done over 10 years ago and had the first ones called CrystalLens (the one Florence Henderson advertised on TV). I took advantage when I had cataracts and due to my age (51 at the time). Today I need glasses for distance and glasses for reading (both very light but still a pain). I can see perfect in between. With that in mind, I was nearly blind so I shouldn’t complain but I still do :-). The first few years I was 20/25 vision (lots of floaters and halos) as the years went by it changed. It was an adjustment and I do have permanent floaters. I recall it was very expensive. Today they have come a long way and my husband’s friend had it done last month and couldn’t be happier.Good luck!
