Or try Sumter County Animal Control at 352-793-1470. (Our Covenants and Restrictions states, "All city and county pet ordinances should be adhered to." Ask them about the specific pet ordinances and hopefully they can explain to you exactly what your neighbor's dog can legally do/not do on your yard.)
