You don't have to take behavior like that nor must you restrict your reaction to coming onto forums like this and carping.
If, indeed, 'peopel' allow or, even worse, encourage their dog(s) to pee on your lawn, then by all mean, follow those individuals home and pee on their lawn. There is a symmetry to that response that will bring justice to the world.
