EDEN Living to Build BTR Community in Florida – Multifamily Real Estate News

EDEN Living acquired the 15-acre site for the community in April. The firm is planning to build one- and two-bedroom units that range in size from 799 to 1,268 square feet. Eden Village’s amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, barbecue area, pickleball courts and a park with walkways and seating areas."
130 homes/apartments on 15 acres with “amenities” and parking is pretty tight! Not sure where “Eden” is located but can’t help but question if it will live up to its name.

Wildwood has a LOT of building going on outside of the villages, it’s a different market than what the villages targets and one that’s greatly needed to be filled. It will be interesting to watch over the next few years how the boom in building will affect wildwood’s population and available services (schools?) and how they will be addressed.
