I would like to see how fine the fine print was. I have seen some very long menus and if they buried it in the middle of page 5, they are clearly trying to hide it. It should be displayed prominently (very large font) on the front page of the menu
and the waiters should also point out that the prices on the menu are not the prices that you pay.
According to this article, it is illegal to post one price and charge a higher price.
