Designer homes are available to personalize in the Village of Newell. The Village of Newell is located off of Meggsion Rd and not far from Homestead Recreation Center.

There are two recreation centers nearby. Currently,Franklin Recreation Center is under construction, but Homestead Recreation Center is open. For golfers, Jubilee Putting Course and Mickeylee Pitch & Putt are under construction.
