If you recently replaced the bulb and need to replace it again, you are likely getting water in the light. You can usually see the water in the fixture if it has a leak. In that case, you need either a new gasket (no big deal) of if that doesn’t work, a new fixture (bigger deal). If the gasket solves the problem, you can get a multi colored LED bulb replacement at a reasonable cost. If you have to replace the entire fixture, LED fixture pool lights are expensive. I was able to change my own from the top of the pool with a snorkel mask. I agree with purchasing the parts yourself and getting a handyman.
