IMHO, I would use a licensed electrician for this there are many to choose from I have used Pikes, ECI and Lenharts. As for the cost, at lot depends on hose construction (concrete block or stick), location of the new outlet, and if this is a dedicated outlet, or an extension of an existing circuit. I would expect $150 to $300, more if this is a heavy duty for charging a vehicle or golf cart.
