Look at the packages and each product has an English translation as to what it is. They basically look like they are salt based seasonings with other ingredients to add more flavor. Let me know if any look familiar. I recall the name but can't say that I ever used them. I have many, many older recipe books (I collect them) and maybe they have more information. I'll look further when I have time, if these don't help you.
