Count me as one of those residents you seriously doubt exist. I regularly drive my cart past Dunedin on my way to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs (unless I hop up to Pinelas first). Other than when I've had three others with me, I don't believe I have ever gone to a square for music in my car - if it's nice enough for music then it's nice enough for the cart.
