As for the second.... I'm pretty sure 100% of the homes south of 44 are smart homes. Agree 2015 was probably the cut over a year for the smart home. The following question is then…how many homes built after 2015 are located north of Hwy 44?

Our home was built in 2017 (Pine Hills) and it is not a “smart” home.
