1) How many people are employed by TV, and can all afford a home- requiring 12,500 homes?

2) 12,500 homes have the potential to house +- 25,000 children and teens. Will our cart and walking paths be shared by skateboarders and groups of congregating teens?

3) Will our Family Pools be inundated with 12,500 families and children?

4) When we're dancing in the squares will we have teens with green hair and pierced faces mocking us?

(Yes. I intentionally added the stereotypes to the last question)

Should I assume policies will be in place to keep our retirement community a mostly senior environment?
You should never assume anything. If I had these concerns (which I don't), I would consider moving.
