It's nothing new.

As far as wild partying goes, I've gone downtown to barhop, myself, and I've been one of the wild and crazy "kids" enjoying a night on the town until the early morning hours. At some point, you stop doing that and prefer a little less rowdiness. The TV town squares are good for an older crowd.

It is nice to know that the middletown residents won't be paying the amenity fees and that the recreational centers, pools, golf courses and other amenities won't be overrun by a younger crowd. As I've said before, there are plenty of regular suburbs to choose from if that's the way that you want to live. TV is unique because it is retiree friendly and the focus should remain on providing a nice quality of life for 55+.
We're not talking about your "nice suburban neighborhood"...

We're talking about The Villages...

No one puts out real pumpkins...

The bars aren't open until the "early morning hours"...

Middleton will be a "Villages Adjacent" neighborhood, much like the many other "regular neighborhoods" surrounding the Villages...
