There certainly is if your old one has died. I use the sticks as well, but if you need a new TV buying it with the Roku interface built in integrates the OTA input, and provides you with a cable-like channel guide to boot. I get the voice remotes so I can jump to channel, app, and input by just talking.
As for the price, I've found them to be generally the same or less that similar non-Roku TV's.
