The group of homes between La Hacienda Rec and Hotel on Alonzo Ave. I think they are Vista Largo Villas (townhouses/condos) had new roofs done recently and owners were assessed approximately $30,000 each. Then they took out a loan and repainted them. I don't like rumors.....I heard this personally from an owner
and they pay amenities and a condo fee monthly.
