Stop me if I'm wrong, but has the President ever published a complete, proposed healthcare bill including all the details? There are many that are critical of the President because he hasn't done that, and is letting Congress negotiate the details of the bill. About all he's provided is a pretty broad outline of what he'd like to see in such legislation.
