I'll tell you one thing for sure. If doctors and hospitals simply stopped treating a person(s) who either didn't have insurance or couldn't prove an ability ot pay for treatment, healthcare legislation would be moving along at warp speed. But of course that won't happen because if the doctors and hospitals acted that way, the lawyers would sue the living bejesus out of them.

Well, at least the mortgage company doesn't make it mandatory to have insurance on that new home you want to finance........they do??
