The way I look at it, that was the information at the time. They did not own the land south of 466A. The land would have been developed by someone and I'm sure glad it was TV. All you have to do is look at Beaumont. What a menagerie of different homes, apartments, ugly storage and car wash. Just compare that to the beauty of south of 466A. So, be careful what you wish for.
