if this were me, lol, i would try it outside 1st. i'd notice the heat surrounding the oven & what it puts off, then try to imagine if it were a good idea to use insidethe lanai. if you have no toxic fumes like gas or propane being shed, then notice exactly how HOT the table, ground or whatever stand you use gets. from here you could try to use cement blocks as a platform & just stay with the food until it's done, & you should be good to go.( i would hesitate to use it on the lanai 1st, in case you have to move the whole operation outside due to extreme heat.) best of luck-let us know how it goes?
