It is pretty common knowledge that if you have gotten all 5 of your shots that if you do get Covid that your symptoms will be MUCH less severe. And yes, it does decrease the spread. I say all 5 of your shots because I don't like the terminology shots and boosters. It makes it seem like boosters are more incidental and NOT as important as the initial 2 shots. And eventually, - there will be a 6th shot and then a 7th. If 95% of all US people had gotten all of their shots, then Covid would be a thing of the past - as it is people are still dying from it (mostly the unvaccinated) and it is likely to increase this winter.
