I know someone who had Covid 3 times and all vaccs. Natural immunity is what is necessary to avoid Covid & Flu. I've never had any shot and haven't had the Flu since I was 21. My acting group have all had Covid. I've been with them and do not get it. I use nasal irrigation, and that may be the key.
