Lack of spoon-feeding is not the same as lack of transparency. The data seems to be available even of it isn't pushed to your news feed.
Not a peer-reviewed study, but the ratio of unvaccinated covid patients who die compared to the ratio of vaccinated patients who die should tell you that at least one symptom, death, is reduced in the vaccinated population.
