Certainly an interesting statistic and sad state of affairs.
Unfortunately, today's politically correct environments, prohibits legitimate speculation as to why this is the case. The politically correct will sweep it under the rug and blame it on the sport being "too expensive" or "too exclusive" ... instead of seeing it for what it is.
