By having 50's music at another square (to be built) when Rocky et al are performing at Sumter or Spanish Springs might encourage people who live close to the other squares not to go where it will most likely be very crowded.

In the simplest terms possible, if 5 people want to be entertained and there is only one option, then the 5 will all go to the same place. If there are 5 options it is possible they could go to any of the five and then there would only be 1 at each location.

In any event, we all look forward to the 3rd town square.
