Baseball is a hard sport to watch on Television unless you know the game. It’s slow and boring. Plus, when you price the families out, you fail to capture the interest of the next generation. In other words, kids don’t want much to do with baseball. That’s a crying shame.

The main engine behind the rise was the cost of tickets, with the average general ticket price increasing 3.6% to $35.93. How many families can afford that.
