I don’t expect them to beat England, but good results against Wales and Iran are probably necessary to advance. That would mean at minimum a straight out win against Iran and a draw vs. Wales. A point (draw) against England would be a win to be honest. They haven’t shown form to get anywhere past the group stage - but you never know, that’s why they play the game right?
