Default More TV living questions

Thank you guys for your answers to our first set of questions. we now have more.

We are interested in homes in the historic areas. I have read that these were the origionally developed areas. That the lots are bigger, it quieter, landscaping is more mature and has better views.
We currently live in a triple wide mobile home on a brick foundation. Our home is classified as a house because of this.
It appears that some of the homes are side by side(almost like a trailer park), But when I look at the individual listings some looks differently. Can you clearify this for me? Also some of the homes appear to be modular homes and some to be trailers. We don't care because home is what you make it not how it got there. If we buy in this area and need to replace the home in a few years what are our options? Are there lots available?
From watching the video we recieved life there a fairy tale. Thats what we are looking for. We are only 51 years old, what is the minimum age to live there? How accessable is the main areas for shopping, entertainment, etc.? How accessable and how far away are these areas? How do we get a detailed map of TV?
I was a little unclear on the video about grandchildren. The summer camp looks great, but it also referred to not disturbing life in the Adult pools/areas. Are grandchildren welcome everywhere or restricted to certain areas. Please clearify this because we will want to see them as much as possible.
Hows the weather? I played golf yesterday and the temperture was 89, but heat index was 101. I sort of day dreamed that I was already at TV. Was I correct about the heat.
I have read threds about buying now, renting and moving later. This could be an option for us. Could you spread some light on this for us?
I love golf and play every week. Can you clearify the definition of "free golf". Does this include all courses and if not, how does that process work? Are the executive course only par 3?

Sorry about the length of this. We are already planning a trip there within a years to see for ourselves, can't wait.
