You DO realize the author of the theory has been around quite a bit before Rudy ran NYC, right? Rudy used the theory to make NYC the safest and cleanest it had been since the 1950's, despite the exponentially increased population.

You discounting it simply because a name you don't like utilized it is the same as my ignoring my enjoyment of musical entertainment because I don't like Barbara Streisand. You have made a short-sighted decision and refused to objectively view the coin's two sides. You essentially made your decision based on "feeling" instead of "reason." Expand that mistake and you have the country we now "enjoy."
