I read that link. It is written by ONE Australian Scientist that got FIRED in 2018 and it looks like he is trying to discredit the Australian Institute of Marine Science by saying the opposite of what they (the NIMS) say, which is like all of the world's scientists say........ coral in all the reefs (including the great barrier reef) are dying due to acidification due to EXCESS CO2 in the ocean water.
Incidentally, EXCESS CO2 and acidification is also a factor that will hurt Polar Bear populations in the FUTURE. So EXCESS CO2 is NOT just a problem in the WARM parts of the ocean - it is all parts of all oceans. Recent INCREASES in Polar Bear populations are DUE TO HUNTING REGULATIONS. In the FUTURE their environment will be threatened by Global Warming and they will either adapt or DIE OUT. Just like the more than 100 elephants that could NOT adapt and DIED in Africa recently. Environmental decay is happening all over the earth, in the oceans and in the atmosphere....... which leads to recent increased species EXTINCTION. Humans seem to have problems living in HARMONY with each other and with the other creatures of the earth. It seems to be very near-sighted of them.
