Agreed. And industrialists that are "wedded" to fossil fuels are denying Global Warming. While some industrialists are making solar panels (hopefully more in the US and less in China). Some are making E-cars and E-bikes. Some are making home insulation and smart-home equipment. Even making more and better sailboats would be better than power boats.
.....Even living in the middle of Florida is better for the environment and people that living right on the coast.
