The snowbirds with Florida plates are the worst. Has the developer perfected the “Snowbird forehead stamp yet, or are they going with a chip? Cause I can’t tell the difference between Full time, part time, snowbirds, snowflake, drivers. Maybe they are just bad drivers no matter how long they have or have not lived here.

This morning on my way out a golf cart driving on BV. She looked to be late 70s or 80’s. I pray she’s not a snowbird driving in from out of state.
