As a general rule, if its an "unsolicited service" being offered to you (ie: your roof looks bad, car is damaged, lawn needs fertilizer, house needs washing, etc)
ITS A SCAM!
People / Co's that do these type of services, especially here, have so much work, they don't need to troll around town, looking for random people to do it for.
