Gotta wonder about some of the numbers. Crops decreased 20% when farmers let 33% of their land fallow. Some might see that as in increase per acre farmed. (must be due to the CO2)

Normal past levels of CO2 were beneficial. Today the EXCESS levels of CO2 are a POLLUTANT that due to the planet's surface heat is forced upward into the upper atmosphere and created a "blanket" (layman's terminology) which continues the HEATING cycle. Excess CO2 is caused after the Industrial Revolution by excess population served by excess Industrial and IC engine fossil fuel COMBUSTION. Let us HOPE that we have NOT passed that deadly "tipping point". Unfortunately, the Scientific predictions are for 30 years of INCREASING Global Warming!
