I would start with the yellow pages and start calling all of the solar light tube installers. See if any are willing to come out and look at your situation. Hopefully you will find someone to work with you on older skylights. Do not be surprised if the suggestion is to completely replace the existing unit. Also, you may be able to remove the inside panel at the ceiling and see the damaged part.
