Not sure of the exact details but many homes in our area had roofs replaced 5 years after construction. Ours was one of them as the previous owner left the paperwork but we didn't move in until 2017. This started around 2014. Batterbee from what I was told did the replacements, Maybe they were the original installers when the home was built in late 2009.

yes,now my ridge vents made by owens corning are falling apart.a few of the houses around me as well.
