When I built my house four and a half years ago, I expressed a desire for glass in my door. My shopper's aide told me to do that separately, as I'd be able to get what I wanted for about half what it would cost to order it is a part of the whole construction process.
In the long run, of course, I've still not done anything with my front door, but I've seen these guys at work and they do a super job. They'll come, take down your existing door, cut a hole in it, put in the glass and away they go!
And, I think quite reasonably!
A word of caution, though: be sure you can do this in a CYV. There are, I understand, some pretty hard limits of what you can and can't do in the "public" area of a villa community!
