We are entering fall/winter season. Lawns are mowed about every other week sometimes every 3 weeks. Lawn guys are great until they aren’t. If you can catch a lawn guy while you are here will be your best bet. Don’t pay up front, pay monthly, or your guy may show for a couple weeks, then disappear.
You Might want to look into a home watch to watch your home until you move down.
Your home will have initially had pest control, and there name will be near your box in garage. Contact them to start, and one can always change once you are here full time.
