At the end of the day some child will be seriously injured, the lawsuits will fly, and there will be more than enough outrage, finger pointing and blame to go around. Calls for more regulation and enforcement will be heard throughout the land and nothing will change.

Not a complaint, just a statement of fact.

"let live and let die" is fine, however when someone does die there will be hell to pay and we all might have to buy that second car.
