Does not effect me. We bought 10 years ago and are not looking to move. As stated I happened to notice the,"odd pricing." As to always, I looked, our home was priced in what is normal numbers it was xxx,995. I find this place, how it is run interesting. Some people will complain about most anything. This place is amazing AND IT WORKS.
