(One day when I am extremely bored). OK, I was bored, so I looked into it. There are very few areas of the Villages where the documents filed show it as a created HOA. There are a couple, but not many areas. Now I am curious as to what (if any) association TV is/are. In SS there are condos and there is a Declaration of Condo filed. This would mean that they fall under Florida Statutes 718. The size and multitude of secondary associations would make auditing or even managing them great fun (Finance people are a strange lot with a warped sense of fun).
Do yourself a favor and take the advice given and attend a
Resident Academy. It is good advice and I'm sure meant to be helpful. You don't seem to understand how the Villages operates. I'm guessing you may not live here.
